BENETEAU OCEANIS 523
Soliana
Soliana is a Bénéteau Océanis Clipper 523 designed for journeys where pleasure, comfort and safety reign on board. The combination of Bénéteau’s experience in cruising boats with that of the Finot Group in 60-foot Open racing yachts has given life to the Océanis Clipper 523. It was designed for crossings where fun, comfort and safety are assured.
It was completely restored in 2023 to allow Soliana to return to its original splendour.
The exteriors
The deck equipment has been designed to optimize accessibility and manoeuvrability.
In 2023, in-depth renovation work on the standing and running rigging, the bow sails and the surfaces of the main deck made it possible to improve performance and comfort and simplify the crew’s work, making Soliana extremely effective and safe in all weather conditions, exciting for experts and beginners.
The interiors
Cabins with finely furnished private bathrooms*, extraordinary brightness, refined materials: nothing was left to chance in interior furnishings in order to make every day on board truly exceptional.
New fridges, equipped kitchen, restyling of bathrooms and cabins, a new sound system and the complete overhaul of the electrical and electronic systems, make Soliana a boat of modern conception with classic shapes.
*at the disposal of our guests there are two cabins with private bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet and open shower, and a master cabin with private bathroom equipped with toilet, washbasin and separate shower stall.
Blue becomes green
Soliana undertakes to follow the best approaches to eco-sustainable sailing by minimizing the use of the engine thanks to the new large size sails, using detergents with low environmental impact, specifically designed for sailing, limiting disposable products only compostable.
The latest generation solar panels support battery charging, significantly limiting the use of the diesel generator.
In 2023, teak, a material no longer sustainable from an environmental point of view, now produced only in intensive cultivation and subject to trade of dubious legality, was replaced with nautical cork: an extremely resistant material with low environmental impact, which does not involve cutting down plants. They cyclically renew what is collected, ensuring we avoid the use of non-eco-compatible materials.
